How to Request a Return
If you wish to return a product, kindly follow these steps:

Once approved, bring the item back to our store or arrange for a return delivery.
Returned items must be packaged properly to avoid damage in transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method or through mobile money. Refunds may take 1 to 3 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
If the return is not approved, the item will be available for collection or redelivery at your cost.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item and wish to exchange it, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item with the correct one, subject to stock availability. If the replacement is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting us directly. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after receiving the product.
